Payment
All prices are in AUD. Payment must be made by credit or debit card only (Visa and MasterCard). American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.
Credit card transactions are securely processed using BPoint Payment Gateway and are transmitted to the Department of Training and Workforce Development’s (DTWD) bank account through the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). DTWD do not hold your credit card information. More information on CBA's privacy policy can be found here.
You will be able to review the ticket quantity, payment, and ticketholder information at the 'Payment Summary' page before payment. After entering your card details, clicking on 'Pay Now' will finalise your registration and payment. Your credit card will be charged and a confirmation email sent to the email address specified on the 'Payment Summary' page. The confirmation email will also include a Tax Invoice. Please print to PDF and keep a copy for tax purposes.
Name Changes / Refunds
If a guest can no longer attend, the Events team must be notified in writing as soon as possible. Any changes to guests’ names may not be reflected on name tags or seating plans. Please advise us ASAP who the guest is attending on behalf of, so the registration desk can create a name tag on the day and inform the guest where they are seated.
Refunds will only be issued where a cancellation is received in writing to the Events team, 10 business days before the event date. Refunds after this date may only be made in exceptional circumstances and will be at the discretion of the Awards Coordinator.
Other terms
You will receive a booking confirmation email which doubles as a Tax Invoice for tickets purchased. Physical tickets are not required for events. Guests need only check in with the registration desk on arrival.
